Overview :

- Our infrastructure practice provides legal services covering the entire life span of an infrastructure project, commencing from the pre-bid stage, covering financing, operation and management and ending with completion of the project (and exit therefrom). We have extensive experience of having advised private and public sector enterprises on various aspects of infrastructure development enabling laws and of having assisted them throughout the bidding process including preparation and negotiation of concession agreements.

- Structuring and negotiating private sector participation in various infrastructure projects and PPP initiatives, by creation and/or evaluation of bidding and concession frameworks.

- Structuring entry, participation and exit strategies including through acquisitions, divestments, private equity investments and project finance.
